Cornerstone is a local charity run day centre near Loreto, which provides food, support, and services to disadvantaged people in our community. Just before Christmas every year, the College appeals for donations on behalf of the charity. Our students rallied to the challenge as always, continuing the long tradition of generosity and pursuit of justice. Over the past few weeks, donations of food and clothes have come flooding in. Two van loads filled with donations were collected and delivered to Cornerstones, ensuring the charity can continue its vital work throughout the winter months.

Sister Maria, who helps run the centre, sent the following message of thanks:

Thank you so much for your very generous gifts/donation so Cornerstone of Clothing; Toiletries; Household Goods. That was really very thoughtful, kind and generous.  We are truly grateful and very appreciative of such generosity in giving and also of your thinking of Cornerstone, God Bless and Reward you all for such generosity of spirit.
