Studied A Levels in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. “I was one the last students to attend Loreto as a Grammar School student. Although enrolled at Loreto College we were shipped across to a building opposite Manchester University. I studied Maths at Hull University and became a Maths teacher, inspired by legendary Ms Weaver. I moved to Australia in 1991 where I teach a Catholic school and where my daughter attended Loreto College, Ballarat. I still maintain contact with a few friends from my Loreto days although don’t get back to Manchester as often as I would like”.
