Over three  weeks, Loreto students managed to fill an entire college minibus with donated food items, toiletries and clothes for Cornerstone Day Centre for the Homeless located nearby in Hulme. In addition, Ms Grant’s tutor group raised an amazing £122 through a bake sale. Sr. Lucy at Cornerstone couldn’t quite believe the number of donated goods, which took ten people thirty minutes to unload and store in two separate rooms! Once again, Loreto students have shown their generosity and compassion for the homeless in Manchester.
