While at the museum, students had the opportunity to pose with the Premier League winner’s trophy and the WSL winner’s trophy. They also visited the exhibition Black in the Game: The Warm Up, which documents the contributions of African and Caribbean professionals to the sport. Additionally, they explored an exhibition space featuring street art inspired by footballers, including Eric Cantona, Marcus Rashford, Park Ji-sung, and Mary Philip, the first Black woman to captain England. To enhance their experience, they even got to test their penalty-taking skills against a virtual goalkeeper.
The ICT students conducted themselves exceptionally well during the visit and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, proving to be a credit to the college.
