This female only course is designed for those of you wishing to participate is some physical fitness based activity in an all-female environment. There will be whole class sessions as well as times to work on your individual fitness goals. To take part in this course you must be enthusiastic and committed as well as willing to try new things
About Women's Fitness
Women’s fitness is a chance to develop fitness and release any built up stress under the guidance of an experienced fitness coach.

Sessions take place every Tuesday lunch in the fitness suite.
